Hello neighboors!

We received a video of someone who filmed a Dutch speedtrap camera in action. Only problem is, there are no cars in the neighboorhood

And it flashes, flashes and flashes. Why? I dunno ;)

Great, looks very nice, or is it perhaps a newly introduced kind of supervising terrorists. However could it be, that Netherlands look so very nice at night, that administration likes taking photographs for an ad-campain? ;-)
